Respite Care, Convalescence and Short Stays
We welcome residents for short stays whether it be for convalescence, post-operative care or holiday stays we can provide all the care, companionship and medical support you might need. Some residents have decided to move in for a short stay over the winter months for peace of mind knowing they have care, support and companion ship to hand whilst benefiting from delicious food, drinks, pampering, engaging activities as well as the opportunity to meeting lots of new people.

Each community boasts their own communal spaces including spa bathroom, terrace, TV lounge and open plan kitchen, living and activities area. Every apartment has been specifically designed for those living with memory loss using the industry recognised Gold Standard Framework from Stirling University.

How We Stay COVID Secure
We’re delighted to say that we have had zero cases of COVID-19 in our home.
Since we opened in March 2020 we have had rigorous infection control protocols in place including two hourly cleans including touch points as well as antiviral misting technology. As such a new home we have plenty of space for social distancing. This means our full activities schedule can continue as normal and residents can enjoy all the facilities the home has to offer without worry.
We undertake testing daily to ensure that all staff are tested every week. We constantly have a three month stock of PPE in the home for staff and visitors. Our whole team have undergone enhanced COVID-19 infection control training.
Visiting at Wandsworth Common
We are excited to announce that we can now host unobstructed face to face visits inside our home. Signature Senior Lifestyle have invested heavily in the rapid COVID-19 antigen tests (15 minute to result) to ensure these visits can take place in a comfortable and safe setting. With the use of these tests our residents can see their loved ones from a social distance in a dedicated visiting room, safe in the knowledge their visitor has had a negative COVID-19 result. We are delighted to have this new protocol in place so that our residents can continue to see their loved ones in a comfortable and warm environment.
