Bentley House Nursing Home Facilities
Our nursing home has a great range of facilities on-site for our residents to enjoy. There is a cinema, which is in constant use by residents and families and even by visiting grandchildren. We also have a spa and therapy suite, a hair salon, quiet lounges and a fully equipped library. With two outstanding restaurants, a bistro and a café, there is plenty of choice for formal or more casual dining.
Life is never dull at Bentley as we have a large activities team who provide trips out, visiting speakers, one to ones and activities which are chosen by the resident committee.
“A most pleasant experience. All the staff greeted me by my name, with a smile and no request was ignored. I was there for respite after an operation and was reasonably self-sufficient. I was truly amazed at the patience and care are given to the disabled residents in wheelchairs by all the staff. Activities varied and interesting. Dementia Care in Hertford
We also offer a separate dementia care area. This area has been designed in collaboration with research conducted by the University of Stirling and ensures that the environment is as dementia friendly as it could be. Comfortable, open plan naturally lit and staffed by our specially trained dementia nursing team, it offers unique support for those residents requiring specialist dementia care.
