General Manager

Sarah-Jane Carpenter

It is very hard to summarise your career and life achievements in a few words, but on reflection, I can see that I have been blessed to have had a career in Social Care spanning over 28 years. It’s been a varied and enjoyable career working across several client groups including Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries and Older People Services.
My career began as an Auxiliary Nurse, and through hard work and determination, I have thrived in the industry and have been privileged to have held Senior Leadership positions in well-respected organisations. I have been fortunate in my life to have cared for and supported many wonderful people, all of whom have left pearls of wisdom with me and made me the person I am today.
People talk of being passionate about great care but I really feel the passion in all I do and together with my fabulous team of like-minded individuals, we are dedicated to ensuring that our community here at Reigate Grange experience the very best of what life has to offer.

Client Liaison Manager

Julie Le May

Having worked for other care providers in a similar role, I truly feel honoured to be working with an award-winning care home (Signature) which is also absolutely stunning. The team at Reigate really are a ‘team’ in the true sense of the word. We all have the same objectives, which is to work hard to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of our residents.
My job satisfaction comes from being able to provide all of the information and assistance needed to help people on their journey also finding their perfect care solution for either themselves or their loved ones.

Activities Manager

Chloe Krokidis

I have always had a passion for the performing arts and entertainment and after graduating with a First-Class Ba Hons degree in Musical Theatre, I couldn’t wait to pursue a career within the arts. Over the past 7 years, I have been lucky enough to work and perform within a variety of establishments; most notably for Warner Leisure Hotels and more recently Saga Cruises. Whilst on board with Saga Cruises, I was lucky enough to see many corners of the world and also took on more responsibility working alongside the Cruise Director to organise and manage the Production Team. However, last year I decided to leave the seas and come home to spend more time with friends and family and thought I would never find a job within the industry that I could do from home.
From the moment I stepped through the doors of Reigate Grange, I instantly fell in love with the home, team and concept of Signature and am thrilled to be starting a new journey here with the Signature team and be given the opportunity to provide entertainment and activities to our residents.

John

I have been in the care sector for nearly ten years. I watched as Reigate Grange was being built and was impressed with the building and wanted to be part of the adventure. I am an electrician by trade which has its benefits for the home also having good knowledge of other areas. I will always give 100% in my role to ensure that all areas of the home are safe and compliant for our residents, staff and families.
I am very easy going , approachable and like to ensure that the home is maintained to it’s highest standards.
I work with an excellent team who like myself have the care and passion to drive Reigate Grange to be the best it can be for our residents, families and visitors.
