Louise Palmer

I have been in sales most of my career, recently I have been working with those who were requiring more care also in the property market for those wishing to downsize which comes with a personal involvement. Having had to research a care home for my mother-in-law, I realized that the role of Client Liaison was one that I wanted to pursue. I am looking to forward to working at Ascot Grange to help support those looking for care or a life style change, it will be rewarding to get to know the residents in such lovely surroundings and with the dedicated staff.

I have only recently begun my journey with Signature at Ascot Grange last month and feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to work in such a wonderful place with caring residents and staff alike. Making the move into the Care Sector, I can endeavour to bring my knowledge from my past experiences and pair it with the vision and values that Signature at Ascot Grange and the people I have met here embody. I am looking forward to meeting you all when our current climate allows. My door will always be open if you want a chat.

Dementia Care Manager

Teresa Templeton

I have been working in the care industry for about 30 years, I started working as a carer doing nights in a nursing home to support my growing family. Once my family had grown I changed my career path to residential care, it was here that I worked my way up to become the Home Manager before joining the team at Ascot Grange as their Dementia Care Manager.
Working in the care sector is a privilege and so rewarding. The residents have such a rich history and they are always willing to share their stories with staff.
