We are delighted that our brand new purpose-built Caversham care home facility will open its doors to welcome residents, with 86 individual apartments for every level of need. Our Caversham nursing home offers a number of deluxe apartments, as well as larger than average studio apartments

The Caversham care facility will be built over four floors on a dramatic split level sloping site. Many of the apartments are treated to stunning views across the Caversham Lakes, for maximum peace and tranquillity when you need it most.

At Signature’s Caversham facility, we want you to enjoy the sense of community. We understand that isolation can be a heartbreaking thing for elderly people to face. This is why we’ve designed our brand new complex to be a hub of activity, with social options available every day for those who want to get out and spend time with other people.

There will be a number of communal facilities at the Caversham complex, including a warm and friendly cafe and a quiet restaurant for the foodies, as well as a quiet pub to sup away an afternoon.

For those who love to get out and about, we will have a cinema showing the latest movies and some of the best golden oldies, lounge areas, and an activity room for socialising and learning new things. It doesn’t stop there. We also have a hair salon, spa bathroom, and a therapy room so you can spend many hours indulging in self-care.

We wanted to bring a spark of nature to our Caversham complex, and we think you’ll love enjoying an afternoon on the communal terraces, wandering around the meandering pathways, past the raised beds, and through the orchard. On a quiet day, you’ll be lulled into relaxation by the sound of the water features bubbling away.
